The studio is located near Santa Cruz, CA at the foot of the Santa Cruz mountains in a relaxing forested rural setting. On the studio grounds you can walk among large outdoor sculptures displayed under towering Oak and Cypress trees, poke around the ‘Toy Box’ and ‘Bone Yard’ where rusty industrial relics lay shelved or scattered awaiting their re-formation, glimpse Kuksht in the workshop creating artwork or applying her colorful signature patinas, view a selection of completed artwork work in the studio gallery, or perhaps share a cup of coffee and lively conversation with Kuksht under the broad canopy of ‘Sterling’ her favorite majestic moss covered Oak.
